Payments & No-Refund Policy
Please read this policy before subscribing. By starting a paid subscription you acknowledge that all payments to THE FOUNDATION BOOKS are final and non-refundable.
Pricing
Every portal begins with a 7-day free trial. After the trial, billing is $85.00 per month for the first 60 days, then a flat $199.00 per month per portal. There are no per-employee, per-contractor or per-volunteer fees.
Billing cycle
Subscriptions renew automatically each month on your billing date until cancelled. Your organization authorizes recurring charges to the payment method on file.
All sales are final — no refunds
Subscription fees, setup fees and any other charges are non-refundable once billed. This includes partial months, unused time, downgrades, unused features, and accounts closed or suspended for violating the Terms of Service. No credits are issued for periods of non-use.
Cancelling
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; your portal remains active until the end of the period already paid, after which access ends.
Failed or disputed payments
If a payment fails, access may be paused until the balance is paid. Initiating a chargeback for a valid charge may result in suspension of the portal.
Promotional access
Approved promotional codes may provide free access. Promotional terms can be changed or withdrawn for future billing periods and have no cash value.
Payroll, payouts and donations
Money sent to employees, contractors or vendors, and donations received by your organization, move through your own bank or connected payment provider. THE FOUNDATION BOOKS does not hold, transmit or custody funds and cannot reverse, refund or recover transfers. Donor refunds are your organization's responsibility.
Taxes
Prices exclude any applicable sales or use taxes, which may be added where required by law.
