● THE FOUNDATION BOOKS

Privacy Policy

THE FOUNDATION BOOKS keeps every organization's information private to that organization. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Account details (name, email, sign-in records); organization profile details (legal name, EIN, address, tax classification, branding); and records your organization enters or uploads, such as books, donors, invoices, payroll, contractor, volunteer, participant, grant and HR records and documents.

How we use it

Only to operate, secure and support your portal: displaying your records, calculating reports and payroll figures, sending in-app messages, processing your subscription and responding to support requests. We do not use your organization's records for advertising.

Who can see it

Only signed-in people your organization has authorized, limited by their verified role. Platform staff see your organization's name, contact details and subscription status to help with billing, login and technical issues — never your books, donors, payroll or staff records.

Sensitive information

Bank details, taxpayer identification numbers, background-screening outcomes and participant records are protected with additional role restrictions and are visible only to the specific roles that need them.

Youth and participant privacy

The platform is not directed to children. Organizations serving minors or program participants are responsible for obtaining any required consents and for limiting entries to what their programs need. Participant views use codes or initials where possible.

Service providers

We use trusted hosting, storage, authentication, payment and AI-processing providers solely to run the service, under confidentiality obligations. AI features process only the data needed to answer a request.

We never sell your data

We do not sell, rent or trade organization, donor, employee, volunteer or participant information.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, each organization's records are isolated by access rules, and important changes are recorded in audit logs. No system is perfectly secure; please report suspected issues to us promptly.

Retention and deletion

Records are kept while your portal is active. Contact support to export records or to close your portal and delete its data; certain billing records may be retained as required by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under California or Nevada law), you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information. Contact jazyconsults@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes

We may update this policy and will revise the date below when we do.
